minneapolis isnt as vegan friendly as i wish it was ; but any baked goods you buy out are usually pretty pricey.
so, i really like to make my own!
remember when i told you about this yummy place in washington dc?
they make a really mean cake in a cup.
since we have been back, i have been *dreaming* about cake in a cup.
i found this great recipe over here.
i veganized her adaptation and made my own.
[and now that i am thinking about it, i might make another batch tonight...]
if you veganize them [need help? let me know.], put them in the fridge for a couple of hours. tastes waaaayyy better!
