: almost-vegan meal of the week : week 30:

oh my goodness ; i have been waiting to make this recipe for a long stinkin' time.

what is it?!

avocado frozen yogurt!
recipe found here ; modified by me
serves 2-4

you will need : 
* 2 ripe avocados
* 1 tablespoon lime juice
* 1 container of vanilla yogurt [i used wallaby which is NOT vegan ; we just didnt have any in the house]
* 1/2 cup regular [unsweetened] almond milk
* 3-5 tablespoons of sugar [taste-test it;)]
* 1 teaspoon vanilla

how to do it : 

*place everything in a bowl, food processor OR blender. mix it up until the lumps are gone, and the avos are nice and creamy.
[i used a bowl, a fork and my muscle and it took me 5-7 minutes]
once it tastes the way you want [enough sugar, no lumps, ect], transfer it to an airtight container and toss it in the freezer for a few hours!
