: vegan meal of the week : week 37 : three ingredient chocolate bark :

ohhh!
if you have one dessert you are going to bring as a hostess gift OR for your thanksgiving party, please bring this!

i found the recipe in the november issue of whole living ; i couldnt find it on their website.
today ; dark chocolate bark with pistachios and sea salt




you need :
*8oz dark chocolate [70% cacao], melted
*1/4 cup shelled. chopped pistachios
*1/4tsp sea salt

how to do it : 
1) lightly coat an 8-inch pan with spray. line with parchment paper, leaving a small overhang. pour in chocolate and smooth with a spatula into an even layer.
2) sprinkle with pistachios and sea salt. chill in fridge until completely set, about 30 minutes. peel off parchment and break into pieces.


 we made a pan and it did not last long ; we could have used more pistachios ; soooo good!
