happy monday, everybody!
this weekend was the healthy living summit, here in minneapolis! i took a bunch of photos, met a lot of great girls & had some awesome experiences! i will recap everything a little later this week.
*this is my last training plan post BEFORE my first ever duathlon* {whoa}
a little later this week, i will do a post about where i am mentally ; so for now, lets get to this weeks plan!
monday : bike 30-90min {the training plan says 30min with a bit of speed work ; but its beautiful out today & id like to go for a long, hilly ride}
tuesday : run / bike / run brick {eeeek!} 10min run + 20min ride + 10min run
wednesday : 20min run
thursday : rest day
friday : short brick! 20min bike + 10min run
saturday : RACE DAY {the race is early in the morning & there is a 60min hot yoga class at 6pm}{if i feel up to it, [ie : SORE] i will take the class}
sunday : volunteering at a 5k + rest day!
other goals for this week : drink lots&lots of water throughout the week, eat well & balanced, get at least 8-9 hours of sleep a night, figure out my fueling plan for race day, get my race day ipod playlist created & pick out my race day outfit {still waiting on the weather forecast}
i cant believe the race is THIS week! ive been training for almost 4 months & i am so excited to finish what i started!
