happy monday!
it is suppose to be in the 50s[!!] this week.
[watch out for bikers!]
and we are dog sitting all week!
most of our meals are made from scratch. we rarely go out to eat [maybe 1-2 times a month] & we always use fresh [or frozen] veggies at every meal.
last week, we were getting groceries and came across this boxed meal.
it was a few bucks & looked good.
so, today :
simply asia soy ginger
[we found ours at target!]
the entire meal took 10 minutes and was really, really good.
we added a bag of frozen edamame & some fruit.
and dessert?!
vegan root beer floats.
[YES!][you need dairy-free ice cream + a can of rootbeer!]
