back for another smoothie monday!
i have been making this one a couple days a week for a while now.
i love it & it really does taste like a pb & j sandwich!
peanut butter & jelly smoothie
adapted from here
what you need :
*1/2 a banana [i use frozen]
*1 cup mixed berries [i use the organic berry trio from trader joes] ; frozen
*1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk [i use vanilla almond milk]
*2 big tbsp peanut butter
*1 scoop protein powder // chia seeds // hemp seeds // flax seeds [all of these are optional, but are loaded with health benefits!] [i highly suggest adding at least one to each smoothie you make!]
how to do it :
1) add everything & blend on high
