{FITNESS} how many miles can you walk // run in March?! {#ffmarchmiles}

hi everybody!
{no photos today!}
i know we are almost a week into March, but in case you are looking for a fitness challenge to keep you accountable for your 2014 goals, i have something for you! ;)

maybe you have seen the hashtag #ffmarchmiles on instagram // twitter?
yes? no?
what is it? 
fitfluential is once again hosting a simple {and motivating} challenge to keep folks moving throughout 2014.
{last month, they challenged folks to complete 1,000 burpees}
this month?
walk, run or hike 100 miles in March!

will you take the challenge?
100 sounds like a ton, but 2-4 miles per day puts you at {or above} your goal
its still too icy for me to run, BUT one of my fitness goals this month is to walk an hour+ a day.
i can walk about 4 miles in an hour, so 4 miles a day equals 124 miles!
{also, i dont have a tracker or pedometer ; i mostly go on time}
